About OSCK

Operation Save Clark Kent was created by an impassioned group of Smallville fans concerned about the show’s ethical stance in portraying Clark Kent. This group, The Red Jacket Defenders, believes that the character portrayed on SMALLVILLE currently bears little resemblance to the character defined for over 70 years in American popular culture. They believe that SMALLVILLE’s Clark Kent can be written to restore faith in the character and give hope, a staple of the SUPERMAN character, to future generations of SUPERMAN fans.

Update- End of Season 7:

This blog is our Smallville site. We like Superman and the Superman mythos. We like Smallville and the actors on the show- and we are cautiously optimistic that with Millar and Gough gone the show is returning to the Clark focused show it started out as. Expect lots of photos of the actors from the show as we get updates of what they are up to over the summer. Your admins will be attending Comic Con and will have tons of exclusive scoop mid-summer.

The plan from Day 1 of OSCK had been to see hope for a Super future on Smallville restored. Many steps in that direction were made at the end of this season. We are foremost a Smallville Superman fan site and as long as the legend is being respected we are happy campers.
