Friday marked the 10th annual Leo Awards in Vancouver, B.C. and Smallville won two awards. They won Best Dramatic Series with James Marshall, Rob Maier , David Willson, Jae Marchant - Producers being named as the winners. Smallville also received special notice for Best Cinematography in a Dramatic Series with Glen Winter getting notice for his work on the season 6 episode Noir.
I am not quite sure how a season 6 episode was nominated except that it aired in 2007 which was the nomination period. Best Lead in a Dramatic Series went to Reaper’s Tyler Labine so the CW scored 3 awards on the night. Battlestar Galactica was missing from the list this year which made room for Smallville to win.
